Johnson County's home base
Clarksville is the county seat, a college town thanks to the University of the Ozarks, and the home of the long-running Johnson County Peach Festival each summer. It sits in the Arkansas River Valley with the Ozark National Forest rising to the north.
That location shapes the floors we see: humid summers, wet springs, and garages full of gear for the river, the lake and the woods.
Typical Clarksville garages
Near downtown and the university, homes tend to be older with one-car garages or carports and concrete that has seen a lot of years. Outside the center and toward Lamar and Hartman, newer homes and rural properties have larger garages, detached shops and equipment barns.
Older slabs usually need more crack repair. Rural shop floors often need a thicker coating for tractors and equipment.
What we install
Pick a system or let us recommend one at the estimate:
- Epoxy garage floors
- Flake systems
- Metallic epoxy
- Polyaspartic
- Shop and storefront floors
- Polished concrete
- Coating repairs
- Driveway and patio sealing
Clay, cracks and moisture
River valley clay swells when it rains and shrinks in late summer, which cracks older slabs. Moist ground can also push vapor up through the concrete. We fill cracks and test moisture before coating so the floor stays bonded.
Process at a glance
Free visit and moisture test, written quote, then grinding, repairs, primer, color and top coat. Most garages are done in two days.

Can you coat an equipment barn?
If it has a concrete slab and a roof, yes. We often use a thicker system for tractors and heavy equipment.
Do you work on downtown storefronts?
Yes. Older commercial slabs often need paint and adhesive removed first.
